As we witness nature’s resurrection, we are reminded of Isaiah 43:19 [TPT], where God declares, “I am doing something brand new, something unheard of. Even now, it sprouts and grows and matures. Don’t you perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and open up flowing streams in the desert.”
The arrival of spring parallels the profound promise of a God who specializes in making all things new. The blossoming buds and vibrant blooms are a tangible manifestation of His creative power. In the same way, God is at work within the depths of our hearts, initiating a burgeoning fruitfulness that sprouts, grows, and matures.
The Apostle Paul encourages us to “Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.” [Ephesians 3:20 TPT]
Do we perceive it? In the hustle of life, it’s easy to overlook the subtle signs of God’s transformative hand. This season invites us to cultivate spiritual awareness to recognize the fresh growth God is bringing forth in our lives. Just as He makes a way in the wilderness, God carves paths of purpose and direction where we may see none. In the desert places, He opens up streams of hope and refreshment.
Embrace the unfolding narrative of your life, understanding that God is orchestrating a brand new symphony of growth and maturity. Trust in His promises, even when the path seems unclear, knowing He is making a way. As the earth awakens to the warmth of spring, let your spirit awaken to the reality of God’s continuous, transformative work. This season, may you perceive and celebrate the brand-new things God is doing in your life.
