Brandon Burns, the president of the freedom of choice movement, testified on behalf of a group of 14 parents during Clark County School District board meeting in Nevada recently, and filed a $200 million lawsuit against the district over mask requirements, stating the requirement is unconstitutional.
The lawsuit was filed in September in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas.
