Rush Limbaugh is receiving an army of support from fans all over the country after announcing he had advanced lung cancer earlier this month. There has been such an outpouring of love and support — people even offered to donate their lungs if he needed it.

“I can’t respond to all of it. I’m starting to feel guilty about it. Because so many people are sending me — people that I haven’t heard from in, I don’t know how long, and finding a way to reach me, finding a way to get through to me, and I’m reading these notes, and it’s so voluminous, I can’t respond to it all. I try, but I lose ground so quickly,” he said.

Since he can’t get to all the messages. He revealed a new link on his website called “Special Notes for Rush” to make it easier for people to connect with him.

Your prayers are working

“I’m thinking there are more prayers for me in this country than can be counted, than can be tabulated. And I just am confident as heck that they matter, that they’re effective. So please accept this as an ongoing and never-ending thank you to everybody.”

Limbaugh transformed AM radio, the media and political landscape. He’s continued to offer a voice for Conservatives in America with The Rush Limbaugh Show since it premiered in 1988.

2 Chronicles 7:14 is a reminder of the power we have as Christians. “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
