“I am happy to tell you guys that we as a family are good. We’re on the other end of it, we’re on the other side,” actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson said in an Instagram video.
“We’re no longer contagious, and we are — thank God — we are healthy.” Adding that his family has “gotten through COVID-19 stronger and healthier.”
Johnson shared his children had sore throats during the beginning of the virus. However, they both bounced back and are “happy babies running around and playing.”
Johnson said they contracted COVID-19 from friends and encouraged people to wear masks so they can protect their families.
“It has nothing to do with politics,” he said. “Wear your mask. I am sending you guys so much love and so much mana. And stay healthy, my friends. And thank you for all the love and support.”
The ordeal was a three-week battle and “one of the most challenging and difficult things we have ever had to endure as a family. So this one was a real kick in the gut.”
