Democrats for Life Executive Director | ‘Joe Biden Would Be the Most Pro-Abortion President in History’

Executive Director of Democrats for Life Kristen Day says assumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden “would be the most pro-abortion president in history,” she writes in an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal on Aug. 6.

She also feels Biden is snubbing pro-life Democrats.

“Although he was once a moderate, the Catholic former vice president now describes abortion as ‘essential health care,’ caved into the abortion industry on taxpayer funding, and has been proudly endorsed by NARAL Pro-Choice America, an organization that advocates for the repeal of all regulations on abortion.”

Many pro-life Democrats are people of faith, a group that Biden appears to be dodging, says Day. She also addresses the group, Believers, for Biden, calling it a “bona fide flop” with 26 followers on Facebook a week after being created.

“Its launch event on Zoom was poorly attended and featured a prayer touching on ‘reproductive justice.’ These efforts are in contrast with those of the Obama campaign, which many religious leaders praised for its earnest attempts at outreach and dialogue, especially to pro-life voters of faith.”

Senator Kamala Harris

Biden tapped California Senator Kamala Harris as a running mate Aug. 11. Harris is pro-choice. She supported the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act in February. The National Right to Life said Harris is the “most pro-abortion of pro-abortion politicians. Anything and everything goes.”

Day in an interview recently with CBN News says her party today glorifies abortion, wants to get rid of regulations and does not protect women.
