Judge: Kentucky clerk must issue gay marriage licenses

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A federal judge ruled Wednesday that — despite religious objections — Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis must issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples or risk setting a “dangerous precedent.” But despite a federal injunction, one same-sex couple said they had already been turned away on Thursday morning.
